We are now offering our 6:00 AM boot camp

5 days a week, and have just announced a
new session at 7:00 AM. We also offer sessions at 10:00 AM and 6:30 PM. We meet in Manhattan NYC, at Central Park South, at the north east corner of 59th and 6th Avenue , in front of the Simon Bolivar statue and across from the Ritz Carlton Hotel. It's just one block from N, R and W trains. You can work out 2, 3 or 5 times a week...it's your choice. And all first-time clients can take advantage of a $15.00 trial session with no further obligation.
